is corrected as soon as possible.
To ensure an objective view at the various complaints and
irregularities it is necessary to send us your remarks, suggestions
and complaints in writing, preferably by e-mail.
You need at least to list the following:
- Company and contact data
- Order data (date, number, order number, quantity, delivery
address)
- A clear description of your complaint
If possible we would like to receive an example of the false print
work. Please send this - with a copy of your e-mail complaint -
